Lead with confidence. Deliver excellence. Elevate every guest experience.

Since 2018, Market Halls has been transforming iconic spaces across London into vibrant food halls. We bring together independent kitchens, premium bars, and live entertainment under one roof.

From Oxford Street, Canary Wharf, Paddington and Victoria, our venues are designed as social hubs where guests can explore diverse dining, enjoy carefully curated drinks, and experience live music and events. Each site celebrates the character of its building, from historic dance halls to modern landmarks, while giving a platform to some of the city’s most exciting independent food traders.

With strong year-on-year growth, national recognition on The Apprentice and MasterChef, and new flagships on the horizon, it’s a brilliant time to join our team and be part of the next chapter in London’s food hall revolution.
