The role

As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts to ensure exceptional standards of service and smooth operations across the venue. You will:

Lead the floor or bar to deliver outstanding guest experiences every shift
Support and coach your team through effective briefings, clear communication, and calm escalation management
Maintain operational standards: guest flow, table turnover, cleanliness, allergen awareness, and compliance
Oversee shift details: tills, cash handling, stock counts, and accurate handovers
Identify and escalate risks and incidents promptly in line with procedures

About you

Previous supervisor or shift-lead experience in a high-volume hospitality or leisure environment
Strong communicator with a warm, confident leadership style
Committed to delivering exceptional guest service and setting the standard for others
Reliable, organised, and comfortable using basic systems
Flexible and available for evenings, weekends, and late finishes
