What you’ll do:

  • Host our social gaming spaces – welcome guests, explain game rules, manage bookings, timings, and ensure everyone has a great experience
  • Drive engagement and sales – promote our gaming areas, encourage food and drink orders, and actively enhance the guest experience
  • Bring the energy – keep the atmosphere lively, inclusive, and fun while maintaining professionalism and smooth service
  • Support the wider venue during quieter periods, helping the bar and floor teams to keep service running seamlessly
  • Communicate clearly with bar and floor teams, and external partners to deliver smooth events and memorable moments
  • Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and safety, with accurate handovers and teamwork


What you’ll bring:

  • Experience hosting or engaging guests in social gaming environments (darts, shuffleboard, pool, etc.)
  • Confidence in leading groups, explaining games, and managing time with a friendly, professional approach
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, energy for sales, and love for creating great experiences
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to support other teams and jump in wherever needed
