The role

As a Floor Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You will:

Prepare the venue for service and ensure it remains clean and welcoming
Greet, interact with, and assist guests to deliver an exceptional visit every time
Clear and reset tables efficiently to keep service flowing
Support upselling from our bars and ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
