About Market Halls Victoria
Set inside a restored Edwardian landmark, Market Halls Victoria spans three lively floors with 10 kitchens, 3 bars and a rooftop terrace overlooking the station. It’s a constantly buzzing venue filled with locals, commuters and visitors, creating an environment where leadership really matters. As a Bar Supervisor, you’ll guide the bar team through busy shifts, uphold standards and help shape an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. What you'll be doing
As a Bar Supervisor, you'll lead every shift with confidence, positivity and purpose.
You'll:
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional hospitality every shift
- Lead by example and create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support
- Deliver smooth, organised and efficient bar operations
- Maintain exceptional standards of drinks quality, cleanliness and compliance
- Encourage confident recommendations that enhance the guest experience
- Support Duty Managers with events and operational priorities
- Look for smarter ways of working that improve service and reduce waste
- Create memorable moments that keep guests coming back
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience leading a busy bar or hospitality team
- Loves coaching and developing people
- Brings positive energy and confidence to every shift
- Leads by example and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Has excellent knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
- Is commercially aware and passionate about delivering great hospitality
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
- Is organised, adaptable and ready to take ownership
