The role

As Bartender, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks and service. You will:

Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks at pace, from classic cocktails to innovative creations
Provide expert recommendations and upsell confidently to enhance guest experiences
Maintain bar standards: stock management, cleanliness, and smooth service flow
Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere through warm guest interactions

About you

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Passion for service and mixology, with a flair for both tradition and innovation
Strong communicator with a positive, engaging presence
Organised, reliable, and flexible for evenings and weekends
