As Marketing Manager, you’ll become the marketing expert for your venues, working closely with our General Managers, traders, Sales & Business Development team and agency partners to bring Market Halls to life.

You’ll:

  • Manage venue marketing budgets and ensure investment delivers a strong commercial return
  • Use data and guest insight to understand what’s working, test new ideas and continually improve performance
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and on brand

About You

You’re a commercially minded marketer who loves hospitality, understands what gets people through the door and wants the freedom to turn ideas into action.

You’ll have:

  • Marketing experience within hospitality, with an understanding of driving footfall, bookings and guest engagement
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
  • A strong creative and commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing can drive revenue
  • Strong social media, content and copywriting skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, agencies and budgets
  • A data-led approach, using performance and insight to make better marketing decisions
  • Great organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience across CRM, websites, partnerships, events, live sport or multi-site hospitality would be a bonus

You don’t need to be an expert in everything. Curiosity, adaptability and the appetite to get stuck into all areas of marketing are just as important.

We’re building a culture that’s energetic, ambitious and full of opportunity. A place where people are trusted to take ownership, encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and supported to make them happen.
